TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADVERTISING |

1. Beak n Wings, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any advertisement, listing or other content (collectively "advertising" or "advertisement") for any reason.
2. Prior Approval Of Your Advertising is Required: All advertising must be approved prior to purchase and placement on this web site. Contact us by email Admin
and include your ad and/or the URL to your proposed banner ad. Also include the URL of the web site so we may review it. When your advertising is approved, you will be notified of your payment options.
3. Your ad must be written in English
4. At this time, no animation is allowed. This may be allowed at a later date.
5. No one other than Beak n Wings, Inc. will be allowed to advertise on the "index" page at this time.
6. All payments must be received prior to placement of your advertisement on our web site.
7. Any advertising period longer than one (1) year must be paid in advance to qualify for any long-term advertising discounts.
8. The "advertising period" refers to the period that is established when you provide payment for your ad and begins when your ad is placed on our web site. For example, if payment for your advertising is received on May 20th and your ad is posted to our web site on the 22nd of May, then your ad will run through the 22nd of May the following year.
9. Content of ads is at the discretion of Beak n Wings, Inc.
10. Your advertising will not be accepted if the target web site contains adult, offensive or copyright infringing material. If this type of content is discovered or reported during your advertising period, your ad will be removed and no refund will be provided for the remainder of that advertising period.
11. By submitting your payment to us you are acknowledging that you have read these advertising terms of service and agree to those terms in order to advertise on this web site.
12. There are NO Refunds for advertising once the advertisement has been published to the web site.
13. These Terms and Conditions supersede any terms contained in any Insertion Orders, even if signed by a representative of Beak n Wings, Inc.
