Raffle Fundraiser

This raffle is a fundraiser for Beak n Wings, all the proceeds will go to help
Our birds. At current date we have 91 birds in our rescue program. Take a chance to win - get your raffle ticket now.
Raffle:
1 - Large Macaw Cage - - 40x30x70 
2 - large bird toys (wood)  
1 - bag large Parrot Pellets (ZuPreem)
Drawing will take place September 21, 2008 - We will need to sell a minimun of 40 tickets by the drawing date or all ticket money will be returned to the ticket holder.
This raffle will help to pay for bird check ups, food, toys and much more for the birds we have in our program.
We have two ways you can get your tickets:
You will be able to go to paypal (paypal - go to bottom of page) and get your tickets, or when you see us out in the public, you can get a ticket from us then.
Cost of tickets: $10.00 each. Just think you invest $10.00 and get a chance to win over $400.00 worth of cage, toys, and food.
When you get your ticket online, keep your receipt as your ticket, we will not be sending tickets out.
We will have one of the birds draw the ticket on September 21, 2008.
Shipping: If the cage needs to be shipped to the winner, the winner of the raffle will need to pay for the shipping.

Winner will be selected by random drawing
Winner will be notified by e-mail, telephone or mail, which notification will be determined in the sole discretion of Beak n Wings, Inc., If the winner cannot be reach by phone, email, snail mail within thirty (30) days, Beak n Wings will draw a new winner.
The cage box will not be opened - any missing or broken parts will be between the manufacture and the winner of the raffle.
Toys: Beak n Wings will be shipping the toys - and will guarantee the toys during shipping only.
Bird Food Pellets: Beak n Wings will guarantee bird food during shipping only.
Beak n Wings holds the right to extent the the date of the drawing due to lack of ticket sales.

By participating, entrants agree that Beak n Wings, Inc., those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion
shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this Raffle, including entry and participation in this Raffle and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to a participant's entry or participation in this Raffle, they will indemnify Beak n Wings, Inc., from any and all such claims,
including the attorneys' fees related thereto. Beak n Wings, Inc., shall not be liable for entries and winner notification responses that are delayed, lost, misdirected, mis-delivered, marked postage-due, illegible, mutilated, incorrect or incomplete, and such entries will be not be eligible for this Raffle. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Raffle will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Beak n Wings, Inc., reserves the right, in their sole discretion,
to cancel or suspend this Raffle should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Raffle. Beak n Wings, Inc., further reserves the right to modify the rules of the Raffle in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given.
