• Each entry MUST be accompanied by this form

• DEADLINE: Entries must be received by September 30, 2026

• There is a $10.00 entry fee per picture, limit 2 pictures per person

• No identifying information is to be visible on anysurface f the photograph.

• If all current rules are not followed your entry will be disqualified.

Entry fee must be received by midnight September 30, 2026. Entry fees may be paid online (see below) or by mailing a check

If paying by check, make payable to Beak n Wings and mail to: Beak n Wings, Inc. 9010 Rosehill Rd., Ste B., Lenexa KS 66215
